8-10 years of successful technical project management experience, preferably in new product development and regulated industries (Gaming or similar).
PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Experience managing product approval through global regulatory frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
