Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Technical Designer (Wiring Installation Design) in Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the subject matter expert for the development, maintenance and release of electrical/mechanical drawings, systems designs or engineering documentation and data by applying Company, industry and governmental standards for multiple customers.
  • Proposes innovative solutions for emergent technical issues.
  • Uses design tools to document and maintain configuration control of designs.
  • Manages, creates, develops and maintains highly complex or specialized systems designs by preparing design layouts, modifying existing designs and integrating systems elements.
  • Directs validation of complex engineering system design and functionality.
  • Leads the process for product installation designs and part designs ranging from simple to complex.
  • Coordinates activities and products with cross-functional groups, internal partners and external suppliers.
  • Reviews and assigns work to others.
  • Works under consultative direction.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.

Summary pay range Senior: $96,900 - $131,100
