What you will do :

• Own and support pharmaceutical process equipment, with a focus on spray dryers and solid oral dosage manufacturing.

• Provide hands-on engineering support to manufacturing, quality, and reliability teams.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, process, automation, and electrical issues safely and effectively.

• Act as a subject matter expert for equipment performance, upgrades, and lifecycle management.

• Support capital projects from design through commissioning and qualification.

• Partner with teams to improve equipment reliability, uptime, and maintainability.

• Ensure equipment meets safety, regulatory, and GMP compliance requirements.

What we are looking for

• A high school diploma or GED is required; an engineering degree is preferred.

• Significant experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing equipment.

• Hands-on experience with capital equipment projects and engineering documentation.

• Strong problem-solving skills using root cause analysis and structured troubleshooting.

• Experience collaborating with vendors, contractors, and internal partners.

• Working knowledge of automation, controls, or equipment-related data systems.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
