Salary range: $105K - $130K

As our Supply Chain Management continue to grow in scale and complexity, this role is critical to providing dedicated ownership for streamlining Bill of Materials (BOM) setup, optimizing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) performance, and standardizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This position will significantly reduce manual workloads, enhance data accuracy, and accelerate our transition toward automated, scalable, and system-driven processes, ultimately supporting operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Planning BOM Development and Governance

• Develop and govern a scalable Planning BOM framework that consolidates multiple supplier sources into unified part-level views.

MRP System Enhancement

• Lead the enhancement and execution of advanced MRP logic to consolidate demand and supply data across diverse vendors.
• Enable precise calculation of net requirements, excess inventory, aging, and replenishment recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with IT to automate fulfillment reporting for operational efficiency and customer transparency.

SOP Creation and Process Documentation

• Author comprehensive documentation of end-to-end processes including BOM configuration, MRP cycles, vendor data management, and exception workflows.
• Establish and disseminate standards and training to ensure consistent execution across internal teams and external partners.

Data Enablement and Reporting Support

• Design structured data flows to facilitate automation of dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) covering inventory health, excess and obsolete stock (E&O), aging, and forecast accuracy.
• Achieve a 30–40% reduction in manual data consolidation efforts spanning MRP outputs, aging analyses, and vendor inputs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as a critical liaison among planning, IT, finance, and vendor management teams to align data inputs and ensure traceable, actionable planning decisions.
• Support supplier onboarding initiatives, inventory aging assessments, and E&O mitigation strategies.
