About the Role:

We’re seeking a results-driven and resourceful Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic procurement team. In this highly visible and strategic role, you’ll lead sourcing initiatives that generate company-wide cost savings, strengthen supplier relationships, and support enterprise growth—with a primary focus on CapEx procurement across property, buildings, equipment, machinery, and technology.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and execute strategic sourcing and cost-saving initiatives, starting with CapEx categories
• Manage the full sourcing lifecycle: vendor identification, RFI/RFP development, bid analysis, and supplier selection
• Negotiate contracts that optimize cost, service levels, compliance, and risk
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align procurement strategy with business goals
• Analyze supplier proposals and performance; deliver recommendations to leadership
• Maintain and enhance contract database and lead renewal/renegotiation efforts
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and contribute to relationship management programs
• Promote supplier diversity and help build a resilient, high-performing vendor network
• Drive process improvement within procurement and across business functions
• Support other sourcing-related projects and responsibilities as assigned

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of sourcing/procurement experience, ideally with CapEx focus (equipment, facilities, technology)
• Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (preferred)
• Experience with MBO (Management by Objectives) structures is a plus

Working Conditions

Must be able to perform essential job duties. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each workday), hear the telephone, and enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
