Be the Champion of Safety. Make a Difference Every Day.
At Scot Forge, we manufacture high-performance forged and machined components for some of the world's most demanding industries. With more than 130 years of success, continued growth, and 100% employee ownership, we offer the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a company where accountability, continuous improvement, and people come first. Our mission is simple: ensure every employee goes home safely to their family at the end of each day.
We're seeking a Senior Safety Specialist to support safety and environmental initiatives at our Clinton, Wisconsin facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on safety professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing positive change, and spending time where the work happens. You'll partner closely with employees, supervisors, and leaders to strengthen our safety culture while helping create practical solutions that improve safety performance across the plant.
Why This Role
This isn't a desk job.
We're looking for someone who thrives on the shop floor, builds credibility through action, and enjoys working side-by-side with production teams. You'll have the opportunity to influence culture, facilitate meaningful training, and help employees develop the knowledge and habits that keep themselves and their coworkers safe.
You'll join a team that genuinely wants to make the company safer and better every day. This role offers the opportunity to bring a fresh perspective, challenge the status quo, and make a visible impact on our operations and our people.
The ideal candidate has prior EHS responsibility within a manufacturing environment and is comfortable working around CNC machining equipment, cranes, rigging, and other heavy industrial operations. Just as importantly, you'll be able to connect with a wide range of personalities throughout the organization and lead through influence, trust, and servant leadership.
What You'll Own
Success in this role means helping create a workplace where employees actively participate in safety, hazards are addressed proactively, and everyone is committed to sending their coworkers home injury-free each day.
