We are a certified robot integrator with extensive experience implementing industrial automation solutions using major robotic platforms such as FANUC, KUKA, and ABB.

We are currently seeking a Crane Programmer with strong experience in manufacturing environments. We’re looking for a capable, creative, and self-motivated professional who is interested in a long-term career in crane systems integration.

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline

• At least 5 years of experience in Crane Engineering

Preferred Education & Experience

• Experience with Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Beckhoff, or B&R control systems

• RIA Expert Certification

• SolidWorks experience

• ROBOGUIDE experience

Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Mechanical Design Engineers during the sales cycle to develop crane concepts and designs, including end-of-arm tooling, fixtures, conveyance systems, safety equipment, and other crane components

• Gain a clear understanding of scope and schedule from the project manager, customer, and project team

• Perform crane setup from system defaults

• Configure and use tool data, frame data, and TCP

• Integrate and calibrate vision systems on crane tooling and fixed cameras, including use of vision tools and calibration procedures

• Implement crane systems during staging at the integration facility

• Responsible for successful onsite startup at the customer location

Travel for this position is estimated at 20–25%.
