As a Senior Recruiter supporting our Salaried Operations groups, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across manufacturing and supply chain functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders within our plant and operations environments to build high-performing teams. This role requires a consultative, data-driven approach and the ability to manage full-cycle recruiting for specialized salaried manufacturing professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for salaried operations roles including Quality Engineering, Procurement, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Materials & Manufacturing Planning, Buying, and Supply Chain.
- Partner with plant leadership, operations hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies aligned to manufacturing priorities.
- Identify and engage top talent with salaried manufacturing and supply chain backgrounds through a variety of sourcing channels, industry networks, and innovative recruiting methods.
- Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance, ensuring alignment with operational timelines and production demands.
- Manage multiple requisitions across multiple manufacturing sites while maintaining strong attention to detail and service levels.
- Leverage data, metrics, and labor market insights to inform recruiting strategies, address hard-to-fill roles, and drive continuous improvement in time-to-fill and quality of hire.
- Contribute to the enhancement of recruiting processes, tools, and best practices specific to operations and manufacturing talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with peers across the Talent Acquisition team to share knowledge, improve outcomes, and strengthen team capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to operations stakeholders, providing guidance on talent trends, compensation benchmarking, candidate quality, and hiring decisions within the manufacturing labor market.
- Support and implement talent acquisition programs and initiatives aligned to operational and business priorities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on salaried manufacturing and operations roles.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for functions such as Quality Engineering, Procurement, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Materials & Manufacturing Planning, Buying, and/or Supply Chain.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing and industrial talent landscape, including sourcing strategies for niche technical and operations professionals.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple sites in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise plant and operations leaders.
- Proven ability to analyze and leverage data to influence decision-making and improve recruiting outcomes.
- Strong sourcing capability and passion for identifying and engaging passive talent in competitive manufacturing markets.
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and commitment to delivering results.
