The QMS Coordinator supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality assurance standards and requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring product and process quality through document control, internal / external audit execution, data analysis, coordination of management reviews and collaboration with production, engineering and supply chain teams on process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve the company’s QMS to meet ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements.
Coordinate internal and external quality audits, including preparing documentation, tracking findings, and supporting corrective actions.
Oversee document control processes: manage revisions, approvals, distribution, and archival of quality-related documents.
Support the investigation and resolution of nonconformances; monitor corrective and preventive action (CAPA) closure and effectiveness.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality requirements are understood and met.
Prepare and analyze quality metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); assist in presenting data for management reviews.
Assist with training and awareness activities related to the QMS and ISO 9001 compliance.
Keep up to date with changes to applicable standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement initiative including lean/six sigma projects.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in related quality, industrial or another technical field
Quality Management:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience working with a QMS in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Summary Pay Range:
$108,834.00 - $163,252.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
