We are a growing precision CNC machine shop serving leading aerospace customers. As part of our next phase, we are making a $11M capital investment and expanding into a 55,000 sq ft facility to support increased demand and capability.

We are seeking a high-impact Quality / Process Engineer to help elevate our systems, strengthen customer confidence, and drive operational excellence at scale.

  • Analyze process capability, variation, and yield; implement improvements
  • Support internal and external audits (customer, regulatory, certification)
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, control plans, and work instructions
  • Collaborate on new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturability reviews
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives (lean, scrap reduction, cycle time improvements)

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing
  • Strong working knowledge of AS9100 standards
  • Hands-on experience with PPAP and customer quality requirements
  • Deep understanding of CNC machining processes (milling, turning, tight-tolerance parts)
  • Proven experience with corrective action systems and root cause analysis
  • Ability to work cross-functionally on the shop floor and with leadership
  • Familiarity with GD&T, inspection methods, and metrology tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred

What we’re Looking For

  • Someone who doesn’t just maintain systems—but improves them
  • A problem-solver who can connect process, quality, and business outcomes
  • A professional who can earn credibility with both machinists and aerospace customers
  • A builder who wants to help scale a company to best-in-class performance

  • 401(k)
  • Dental insurance
