Help to maintain the QMS documentation control system with online access.
Investigate quality questions and concerns, regarding Emerson DP Flow processes and products, and provide appropriate feedback to the originator.
Manage and develop processes and systems for scheduling, conducting and reporting on our ASME welding program.
Maintain detailed and complete records of audit results and corrective actions. Identify trends from process and system audit results, and drive improvement projects.
Evaluate and approve calibration suppliers to ensure their qualifications and traceability to national standards.
Assist other departments in writing and proofing new and updated procedures and work instructions.
Collaborate with the operations and design teams to implement and promote continuous improvement across the organization.
Collaborate with the production floor and other factories to ensure product quality.
Complete other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
Five (5) years of applicable experience
Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
Six (6) years of applicable experience.
Experience in ASME welding process is preferred.
Metrology, CMM and Lean six sigma are a plus.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $100,600-$125,500, annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
