Job Description

• Help to maintain the QMS documentation control system with online access.

• Investigate quality questions and concerns, regarding Emerson DP Flow processes and products, and provide appropriate feedback to the originator.

• Manage and develop processes and systems for scheduling, conducting and reporting on our ASME welding program.

• Maintain detailed and complete records of audit results and corrective actions. Identify trends from process and system audit results, and drive improvement projects.

• Evaluate and approve calibration suppliers to ensure their qualifications and traceability to national standards.

• Assist other departments in writing and proofing new and updated procedures and work instructions.

• Collaborate with the operations and design teams to implement and promote continuous improvement across the organization.

• Collaborate with the production floor and other factories to ensure product quality.

• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science 

• Five (5) years of applicable experience

• Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
   

• Six (6) years of applicable experience.

• Experience in ASME welding process is preferred.

• Metrology, CMM and Lean six sigma are a plus.

Our compensation philosophy is simple:  we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process.   The salary range for this role is $100,600-$125,500, annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
