The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects, aligning with project requirements and client expectations. This role will lead project teams, manage budgets and timelines, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Your role in our team

  • You will define project scope, timeline, and budget in collaboration with stakeholders, and manage execution to maintain financial and operational integrity
  • You will oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure, including meetings, documentation, and status reporting
  • You will partner cross-functionally with internal teams (engineering, sales, EHS&S, finance, contracts, and customer service) to align execution
  • You will act as the primary contact for client-facing communication and technical documentation
  • You will lead risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating project-related risks
  • Ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in collaboration with site and environmental teams
  • You will oversee specification and contract compliance with third-party vendors and suppliers
  • You will provide technical leadership by translating contractual requirements into actionable engineering deliverables
  • You will support issue resolution through effective escalation across departments
  • You will conduct performance reviews and lessons-learned analysis at key milestones and project closure
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Your profile

  • You have obtained a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related technical field
  • You have gained 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management roles
  • You have a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technical projects in material handling, logistics, or automation systems
  • You have an advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) preferred
  • You can manage large-scale project scope, schedule, and budget in the warehouse and distribution industry
  • You understand system integration project execution processes and execution interdependencies
  • You are proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP, MS Office suite)
  • You have experience working in matrixed and multicultural environments
  • You have proven financial and analytical acumen in cost forecasting and resource planning, with strong project planning, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills to effectively manage clients and cross-functional teams
  • You have demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with strong communication skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and adapt multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
