Position: Senior Project ManagerLocation:Shift:Active licensing or certifications as a Building Contractor or General Contractor ( Must have)About the Organization:Key Responsibilities:- Project Leadership & Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of specialized sports facility and infrastructure projects from initial planning, baseline scheduling, and budgeting through to final closeout.

• Expediting & Procurement: Direct continuous expediting activities to ensure all critical construction materials, specialized equipment, and contract services arrive on-site according to the project timeline.

• Logistics & Site Coordination: Oversee complex logistics management, including the hands-on coordination of international or domestic shipping, receiving, and secure site deliveries to support multi-site operations.

• Quality & Inspection Management: Organize and oversee rigorous field inspection processes to confirm total structural quality, field safety, and absolute compliance with project blueprints and regulatory benchmarks.

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, transparent, and timely communications with external clients, subcontractors, cross-functional internal teams, and project stakeholders.

• Process Improvement & Mentorship: Provide strategic direction and mentorship to project teams, prepare regular executive status reports for senior management, and actively contribute to operational process improvements.
