The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for leading ta team of project managers who will lead the deployment of Supply Chain and ERP solutions supporting the purchase of indirect materials and services globally. In this role, you will be responsible to ensure effective communication plans are implemented for projects. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Leadership of a team of Supply Chain project managers.
- Responsible and accountable for the deployment of Supply Chain and ERP solutions.
- Leads design project lifecycles, including project scope, resources, schedule, and design/build from beginning to end (continuous process improvement)
- Develops, drives and manages overall technology roadmap which supports the global supply chain organization technology strategy
- Seeks continuous improvement opportunities to run projects more efficiently and effectively
- Researches and recommends new system innovations and automation enablement initiatives
- Lead project meetings to evaluate new service initiatives, assess impacts on existing processes, and provide feedback to corporate sponsors.
- Collaborates with a diverse set of internal and external customers in the US and internationally
- Participates and presents in management and leadership reviews
- Identify potential risks to project implementation and discuss solutions with project leadership
- Drive internal adoption by supporting change management initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of Category Managers, IT (information technology) Project Leaders, Finance, Compliance and Master Data centers of excellence as well as external vendors in all world areas
- Travel both domestically and internationally to meet with internal customers and external resources; intermittent travel (25%) based upon projects and priorities

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, technology, or related field
- Relevant years of experience in project management, preferably related to the deployment of supply chain or ERP systems commensurate with the level of this position.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to digest and present complex information and ideas clearly is essential
- Exceptional interpersonal communications skills and the ability to communicate and align with a diverse set of internal and external partners is critical
- Ability to manage ambiguity, plan and work independently, and excellent planning and time-management skills are a requirement for this position.
- The ability to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- +7 years of experience in project management, preferably related to the deployment of supply chain or ERP systems.
- Oracle ERP Cloud experience is desirable
- Prior international or multi-national work experience is desirable
- Ability to learn quickly when facing new situations is important
