The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space & Security is hiring a Senior Program Certification & Safety (SC&P) Manager for the UK E-7 program in Oklahoma City, OK or Tukwila, WA. The position will be the prime leader for program level integration on Certification and Safety topics and serve as part of the E-7 Chief Engineering Office.
Position Responsilbites:
Successfully Implementing Program Certification and Safety Strategy
Leading airplane level Certification and Safety Integration across the Program & own related Program Metrics
Influencing with sound technical judgement in support of the Deputy Chief Engineer on Certification and Safety topics
Driving identification of Certification and Safety RIOs and validating Mitigation Strategies
Primary engagement with the Regulatory Authority and Customer AW Team
Accountable for execution of Certification and Safety teams on their releases
Cert Plan Inputs, Cert Plan Ownership, Safety Program Plan, Safety Assessment Reports, etc
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed locations. For a candidate located in Oklahoma City must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time and for Tukwila travel would be 25%-50%.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ Years of experience leading engineering teams as a manager or technical lead
Experience working on Part 25 certification projects
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Multi-Functional or airplane integration experience
Experience working on a large scale airplane development program

Summary pay range: $155,500 - $210,450
