We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Production Scheduler to lead our production and labor planning initiatives. In this high-impact role, you will be the driving force behind scheduling efficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and supply chain alignment—ensuring that we not only meet but exceed customer expectations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your expertise in ERP systems, data integrity, and operational planning will be instrumental in delivering high service levels and supporting business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated production and labor schedules aligned with customer demand, supply chain capability, and business goals.

  • Standardize planning workflows, process sequences, and calendar-driven events to enhance execution and visibility across the shop floor.

  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Planning teams to ensure timely material availability and capacity alignment.

  • Manage and maintain ERP (preferably IQMS) scheduling data to drive accurate material, capacity, and financial forecasting.

  • Define and enforce demand and planning time fences to balance customer needs with internal efficiency.

  • Analyze schedule adherence and resolve gaps by working closely with manufacturing teams.

  • Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) process, including forecast inputs, reconciliation, and change validation.

  • Facilitate and lead S&OP meetings to align planning efforts and adjust to evolving business needs.

  • Act as the central hub for all production scheduling communication, driving clarity and accountability across departments.

  • Evaluate open orders and scheduling requests, proactively addressing variances and customer commitments.

  • Champion continuous improvement in planning accuracy, communication, and scheduling agility.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.

  • 5–10 years of production scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing experience.

  • Strong ERP proficiency (IQMS highly preferred), with advanced Excel and Power BI skills.

  • Proven ability to lead projects, influence cross-functional teams, and drive results.

  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly to shifting demands.

  • Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.

  • Lean or Six Sigma experience in manufacturing environments.

  • Hands-on familiarity with S&OP practices and implementation.

Why Join Us?
This is more than a scheduling role—it’s a chance to lead strategic initiatives that directly impact customer satisfaction and operational performance. If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy problem-solving, and want to be a key player in a growing team, we’d love to hear from you.
