Senior NPDI Engineer – Two-Phase Liquid Cooling Systems
Job Summary:
The Senior NPDI Engineer supports new product development activities by providing strong technical leadership in two-phase liquid cooling technologies and driving execution across the entire product development lifecycle. This role serves as a key contributor to the successful delivery of advanced cooling solutions by combining deep system-level understanding of two-phase physics with disciplined execution of NPDI processes. A successful candidate will demonstrate both domain expertise in two-phase cooling system design and integration, and fluency in product development systems including BOM management, DVT analysis, PLM tools, and cross-functional collaboration within a stage-gated framework.

The Senior NPDI Engineer will support the development and launch of next-generation two-phase liquid cooling products within Vertiv’s HDLC business. These solutions are designed to meet the thermal demands of high-performance computing, AI, and hyperscale data center environments. This position provides the opportunity to lead technically challenging programs within a global organization, engaging with cross-functional partners across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and program management to deliver products that are technically sound, manufacturable, and compliant with safety standards.
