Senior Multi-Spindle CNC Lathe Setup Technician

We’re looking for a Senior Multi-Spindle CNC Lathe Setup Technician who takes pride in dialing in machines, maintaining process discipline, and keeping production running smoothly shift after shift.

This role is ideal for someone who prefers hands-on work, clear expectations, and equipment that’s set up correctly and kept that way.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and change over multi-spindle (multiplex) CNC lathes for high-volume production

• Install, adjust, and time tooling across multiple spindles to meet print and process requirements

• Verify first-piece quality and ensure dimensional consistency throughout the run

• Make controlled adjustments to maintain cycle time, surface finish, and tool life

• Troubleshoot machining issues methodically and resolve root causes

• Work closely with operators, quality, and maintenance to keep machines running correctly

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in line with BCI standards

• Follow documented processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
