Responsibilities

• Perform blending and deburring processes on metal components to achieve desired surface finishes.
• Conduct machine safety inspections to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and safely.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to discuss project requirements and timelines.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize surface grinders and manual grinders to refine metal surfaces to exact specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production flow and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in metal finishing and polishing, with a focus on blending and deburring.
• Strong understanding of machine safety inspections and protocols.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in operating surface grinders and manual grinders.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
