• 3 to 5 years of experience in mainframe technology and industry
• Should have good knowledge on COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM and CICS
• Strong Communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Sound understanding of the software development lifecycle models and methodologies
• Excellent oral and written communication (fluency of thought and word)
• Time management, ability to work under pressure and ability/willingness to learn
• Willingness to work in different time zones
