Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mechanical components and systems for various projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of engineering projects from concept to completion.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and perform engineering calculations to support design decisions.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and interns.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to ensure product reliability and performance.
  • Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into projects.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance product designs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and simulation tools.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
