Senior Manager, Warehouse Distribution Operations – Dry Materials
Scope: North America (Multi-Site)
Work Arrangement: This role is based at our FishHawk North America Headquarters in Lithia, Florida (13830 Circa Crossing Drive). You'll work a 9/80 schedule and travel approximately 20–30% to support locations across our North American network.
We're seeking an experienced, people-focused leader to oversee our warehouse distribution network across North America. In this highly visible role, you will drive safety, service, operational excellence, and cost performance across multiple sites while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. You'll play a critical role in developing and coaching leaders, strengthening organizational capability, and building a sustainable leadership pipeline. Partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll help shape strategy, lead transformational initiatives, and drive business outcomes across the supply chain. What You'll Do:
Lead the strategy and execution of a multi-site warehouse network, ensuring alignment with broader supply chain and business objectives
Build, coach, and develop leaders across multiple locations, creating a strong talent pipeline for the organization
Drive performance in key areas including safety, service, throughput, inventory accuracy, equipment reliability, and cost management
Standardize processes and best practices across receiving, storage, inventory management, loading, and shipping operations
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives
Manage operating and capital budgets, balancing service, safety, and financial performance
Develop and execute capital investment plans, including automation, infrastructure improvements, and reliability projects
Promote a strong safety culture with a focus on environmental, health, and safety compliance and risk reduction
Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial, Maintenance, Customer Service, and other key stakeholders to drive business results
Provide operational expertise and recommendations to senior leadership on strategic initiatives and business priorities
Lead transformation efforts including network optimization, integrations, and acquisition-related activities
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, or a related field
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse, terminal, distribution, manufacturing, or related operations within complex, multi-site environments
Demonstrated success leading leaders and developing high-performing teams across multiple locations
Solid track record of improving safety, service, operational performance, and cost efficiency
Experience managing large operating and capital budgets
Deep understanding of environmental, health, and safety programs, regulatory compliance, and risk management
Ability to translate business strategy into operational execution and measurable results
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading change, driving continuous improvement, and building organizational capability
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20–30% throughout North America
Bonus Points If You Have the Following:
Master's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business, or a related field
Experience in fertilizer, bulk materials, chemicals, mining, agriculture, or other heavy industrial environments
Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement training and application experience
Experience leading major capital projects involving automation, infrastructure upgrades, or network optimization
Familiarity with OSHA, Homeland Security, maritime, or related regulatory environments
Experience utilizing enterprise systems such as SAP, Maximo, or similar platforms to support operational and asset management decisions
