Join us as a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management and play a pivotal role in launching new Fulfillment Centers that will shape the future of our network. This is your opportunity to drive transformation, lead high-impact programs, and deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

What you'll do...

• Lead end-to-end program management for new Fulfillment Center launches

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve program milestones

• Present program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership

• Develop standardized playbooks and deployment packages

• Drive continuous improvement and track program performance

• Up to 75% travel required

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in program management, supply chain, or operations

• Proven success managing large-scale facility launch programs

• Strong executive communication and presentation skills

• Expertise in cross-functional team leadership and complex project management

• Familiarity with network strategy, analytics, and digital transformation

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
