We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to drive our Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP), as well as monitor PMO team compliance with our Project Management business process. This role will be central to enabling business growth and operational excellence by creating and leading an integrated SIOP process that aligns demand and supply, drives profitability, and improves predictability across the organization. The PMO monitoring function will ensure stability, consistency, and a structured approach across all projects. This individual will serve as a critical link between Sales, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Site Execution teams, and Project Managers; providing end-to-end visibility across the value chain, driving data-driven decision-making, and ensuring that all teams and projects are aligned to meet customer commitments, revenue recognition targets, and operating income goals.

Your role in our team

  • You will develop and implement a robust SIOP framework tailored to the company’s dynamic project-driven and product-based business models
  • Establish a structured monthly SIOP cadence including demand review, supply planning, capacity evaluation, financial alignment, and executive review
  • Build alignment between Commercial, Product, and Operations to support strategic growth and tactical execution
  • You will drive the creation of a rolling 18–24 month demand forecast across customer opportunities and projects
  • Partner with Sales and Product leaders to translate bookings, pipeline, and historical trends into actionable demand plans
  • Monitor and continuously improve forecast accuracy; define clear metrics and accountability
  • Translate demand plans into detailed capacity and resource plans for engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and installation
  • You will coordinate with functional teams to evaluate short-term and long-term capacity constraints and proactively plan mitigation strategies
  • Partner with HR and department leads to align workforce planning with future project requirements
  • Align SIOP outputs with financial objectives, including revenue recognition, operating income, and backlog projections
  • Drive alignment between budget, actuals, and forecast across SAP, Lucanet, and Salesforce platforms
  • You will provide financial impact analysis of supply/demand imbalances and scenario planning
  • Oversee inventory planning in alignment with project schedules and material lead times
  • Conduct detailed material forecasting, ensuring supplier readiness, buffer strategy, and on-time availability for Parcel projects
  • Lead initiatives to optimize inventory turns, working capital, and reduce obsolescence
  • You will own the data governance and system integration for all SIOP-related tools (SAP, Salesforce, Lucanet, Excel-based models)
  • Develop dashboards and KPI scorecards (forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, inventory levels, revenue conversion)
  • Ensure visibility into backlog health, open orders, project progress, and critical path items
  • Facilitate monthly executive SIOP meetings, driving alignment on business-critical decisions
  • You will present insights, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams
  • Champion, audit, and contribute new ideas toward a standardized PMO framework that ensures consistency, stability, and alignment across all projects
  • Reinforce clear guidelines, processes, and best practices for project planning, execution, reporting, and closure, drawing on company standards and other industry-leading project management resources
  • You will provide training, coaching, and guidance to project managers and staff to strengthen capabilities and embed a culture of discipline and accountability
  • Implement tools and templates to reduce errors, close disconnects, and ensure that project outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Introduce KPIs and regular reviews to monitor project health, risks, and benefits realization
  • You will serve as a connector between SIOP and project management activities, ensuring that strategic projects align with business priorities and resources
  • Act as a change agent to drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the project management community in the organization

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or Master’s degree preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in SIOP, integrated business planning, engineering, or operations leadership
  • Deep understanding of the Parcel automation industry, project-driven operations, and engineered-to-order environments preferred
  • You have proven success leading cross-functional planning processes in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
  • Expertise in demand/supply planning, forecasting, financial modeling, and inventory optimization
  • Proficient in ERP and planning tools such as SAP (PP, APO, IBP), Salesforce, Lucanet, and advanced Excel
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • You have a proven track record of coaching and mentoring project managers or cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to implement structured processes that improve project delivery and reduce operational risk
  • APICS/CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent certification
