Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Support coordination of multiple projects across the Membership team, often balancing multiple projects, teams, and topics.
Guide informed decision-making for large organization projects by collaborating with cross-teams and leadership to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues with the program.
Identify potential risks of programs and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
Prioritize and ensure resolution of critical issues.
Oversee the creation of communication plans; and educate sponsors, partners, and leadership.
Translate business strategy into a beautiful executive level powerpoint.
You will help to ensure our Walmart+ strategies are aligned across the enterprise to put the member experience first and solve for our most loyal customers.

You're experienced at achieving multiple large-scale, simultaneous projects
Can guide execution and results in a matrix organization
Expertise managing partnerships in a large matrix organization.
Collaborate with partners to lead execution for high priority, high impact projects by managing the progress of cross-team plans, and breaking down barriers to accelerate pace
You will bring solution finding expertise and a curious mindset to learn more.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
