Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Walmart's specifications for all associated beef products.
Conduct daily specification audits to ensure consistent product quality.
Act as a liaison, efficiently communicating between various Walmart teams and the 3rd party facility to ensure alignment on beef product specifications and quality standards.
Identify quality control and yield concerns and create viable solutions to improve processes and financial impact.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in the harvesting, fabrication, and manufacturing of beef products.
A background in quality control, preferably within a beef processing plant.
Efficient problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of the beef harvest environment.
Proficiency in analyzing yield dashboards, carcass breakdown, packaging costs, downstream impacts, and harvest impact.
Ability to effectively balance and maintain relationships within Walmart and the 3rd party facility.
Strong self-motivation with the ability to focus on both product quality and the financial needs of Walmart.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in computer programs such as Power BI, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
Ability and willingness to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
Capability to work in a meat processing environment, which includes cold and wet/damp conditions, and requires the use of PPE equipment, steel-toed boots, and sanitation gear.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$156,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
