Are you a self-motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for quality and operational excellence?
We are seeking a highly skilled Beef Quality Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure compliance with Walmart's sub-primal beef specifications at a 3rd party facility. You will be responsible for real-time breaking, cutting, packaging, and labeling of beef sub-primals in the production area, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
What You'll Do:
- Develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of Walmart's specifications for all associated beef products
- Effectively communicate and build relationships with cross-functional Walmart teams and 3rd party facility partners
- Identify quality control and yield concerns, and create viable solutions to improve processes and financial outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Walmart's beef specifications and quality standards
- Understand and monitor yield dashboards, carcass breakdown, packaging costs, downstream impacts, and harvest impact
What You'll Bring:
- Strong self-motivation and results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with computer programs such as Power BI, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in a beef harvest or similar production environment
- Ability to balance quality focus with an understanding of financial and operational impacts

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$156,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
