Senior Manager, Beverage Market, NA & LATAM

Preferred working locations: Mukwonago or Lincolnton hybrid or full remote from Midwest/East Coast (Queretaro may also be considered)

Reports to: Senior Director, Market Leader Beverage

We are seeking a highly strategic and innovative Senior Manager to lead our Beverage Market initiatives for North America and Latin America. This role is pivotal in driving market development, managing product portfolio, and ensuring alignment with our global strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, cross-functional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of B2B industrial activities.

As a Senior Manager, Beverage Market NA & LATAM, you will:

  • Manage the product portfolio for North America and LATAM, including product lifecycle management and ownership of the innovation pipeline, ensuring alignment with global portfolio strategy.
  • Lead strategic market development initiatives and develop business cases to support investment decisions.
  • Define and own briefs for new product development, collaborating closely with technical teams throughout the development process.
  • Share the innovation pipeline with key customers to foster transparency, alignment, and partnership opportunities.
  • Engage with customers to develop deep market understanding and co-create solutions that address future needs.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to bring new product platforms to life, aligning technical, commercial, and operational teams.
  • Prepare and present strategic studies and reports to senior leadership.

Who We are Looking For:

  • Education
  • Required: minimum College or University degree
  • Preferred: MBA or equivalent
  • Experience/Skills
    • Minimum 8+ yrs experience in marketing or business development / commercial role.
    • Proven experience in strategic market development and business case ownership.
    • Strong financial acumen, including CAPEX planning, scenario modeling, and investment decision-making.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage product portfolios, including lifecycle and new product development.
    • Experience overseeing innovation pipelines and effectively communicating them to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, with a track record of aligning technical, commercial, and operational teams.
    • Ability to translate strategic questions into actionable insight frameworks.
    • Proven ability to operate in a global matrix environment, collaborating across regions and functions.

  • Travel: ~20% (domestic mainly)

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $165,000-$220,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
