The Senior Manager, Automation Engineering - Design is responsible for establishing next generation solutions (machines, processes, workstations, etc., automated, and manual) for use within the extended Walmart Store fulfillment to improve customer experience, business demand and cost to serve. The goal for this role is to proactively engage and collaborate with cutting edge technology and look for opportunities to leverage their strengths to support our fulfillment needs in new and innovative ways.
You will report to the Director, Automation Engineering. This is an onsite role based in Bentonville, Arkansas; a full relocation package is available, but we are not considering remote candidates at this time.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
