  • Train and mentor operators, mechanics, and supervisors on technical procedures related to high-speed manufacturing and packaging.

  • Partner with plant leadership to execute continuous improvement projects, equipment upgrades, and process optimization.

  • Lead and support equipment rebuilds during planned downtime to restore like-new condition.

  • Develop SOPs for troubleshooting, machine reliability, and preventative maintenance.

  • Maintain and repair facilities and auxiliary systems, including water filtration, chillers, and air compressors.

    • Husky injection molding machines (hydraulic, pneumatic, electromechanical systems)

    • Auxiliary systems (resin handling, drying, dehumidification, vision inspection, cooling systems)

    • Mold systems (hot runner, cold half maintenance, component wear, product inspection)

    • High-speed plastic processing while maintaining tight tolerances and acceptable acetaldehyde (AA) levels

  • Provide expertise in additional production areas (blow molding, filling/capping, labeling, dry-end packaging) as needed.
