Job Overview:

TWB Company is adding a Senior Maintenance Technician (Electrical & Controls) to our 1st shift team. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with advanced manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting complex electrical, PLC, and mechanical systems that keep our operation running at peak performance.

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 based on experience

Shift:

  • 1st Shift: 5:00am – 5:00pm
  • 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
  • Alternating 36-hour and 48-hour weeks
  • Built-in long weekends every other week

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize downtime
  • Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and interpret ladder logic
  • Perform preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability and performance
  • Make mechanical adjustments and complete repairs as needed
  • Accurately document work in the maintenance management system
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support additional maintenance and operational needs as required

You’ll Work With

  • PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic
  • HMI systems and basic programming
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • High-speed manufacturing equipment

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints
  • Comfort working with basic computer systems and maintenance software

Preferred:

  • Electrical troubleshooting experience
  • PLC experience (troubleshooting, ladder logic)
  • HMI programming or interface experience
  • Advanced knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Experience using meters and performing electrical measurements

Additional Requirements (as needed):

  • Lockout/Tagout, fall protection, PPE, and confined space training
  • CPR/First Aid certification
