Job Description

What You’ll Do

You’ll keep machines, equipment, and the building in good working condition so production runs smoothly and safely.

Your Main Tasks

• Perform routine maintenance and repair equipment when needed
• Follow maintenance schedules and complete work orders
• Grease, oil, and replace filters on machines
• Inspect equipment to find wear or potential problems
• Service equipment like lift trucks and other material handlers
• Handle basic building repairs (lighting, doors, minor fixes)
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Help minimize downtime and keep production running
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of maintenance or mechanical repair experience
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment

Nice to Have

• Electrical experience (reading schematics, basic wiring)
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Welding experience
• Experience with industrial or foundry equipment
• Experience servicing lift trucks or mobile equipment

Work Environment

• Manufacturing setting with active machinery
• Physical work (standing, lifting, moving equipment)
• Fast-paced environment
