Job Summary:

The Senior Maintenance and Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing ecoATM’s facilities and equipment. This role ensures smooth daily operations, covering maintenance, housekeeping, and security while adhering to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facility Maintenance, Repair, and Compliance

• Perform preventive maintenance on facility interiors, exteriors, and fixtures to minimize downtime and extend lifespan.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot building equipment and electrical issues, performing repairs or coordinating with external service providers as needed.

• Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of supplies related to operations, housekeeping, and security.

• Maintain up-to-date standard operating procedures (SOPs) and records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and related activities.

• Ensure facility operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, addressing hazards or non-compliance issues promptly.

• Assist in the design and development of facility expansion and modification projects, ensuring efficient use of space and resources.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 70 lbs and push a 1000lb+ kiosk (on wheels) frequently throughout the workday.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand on a regular basis throughout the workday.
• Ability to be standing for large portions of the workday
