FULL-TIME | Rancho Cordova, CA

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technician to lead diagnostics, repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives across our production and facility equipment. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and a passion for mentoring others.

Your tasks:

• Diagnose complex machine failures and determine root causes

• Research and source appropriate repair parts

• Perform advanced repairs on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems

• Lead and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules

• Drive machine and infrastructure improvement projects

Your profile:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems

• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

• Experience with CMMS systems is a plus
