Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Follow plans and programs that meet present and anticipated space and facility requirements.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair facility systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Support and comply with NOV’s HSE policies and procedures and contribute actively to the site’s HSE program.
- Help maintain permits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Ensure contractors adhere to NOV policies while working on-site.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and facilities.
- Perform adjustment of repair of items as required.
- Carry out preventive maintenance to identify early signs of failure or wear.
- Communicate and actively listen to operators, vendors, and other maintenance personnel to ensure production readiness of machines.
- Work from machine design drawings, specifications, and handbooks.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by the Facility Manager
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school or technical certification preferred.
- Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or oilfield maintenance roles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, machine diagrams, and maintenance documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills.
- Demonstratable applicable experience with the above responsibilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
