🔧 What You’ll Do

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the key player keeping our operations running at peak performance. From preventive maintenance to complex troubleshooting, your expertise ensures our production never misses a beat.

• 🛠 Perform preventive maintenance on motors, CNC machines, conveyor systems & pneumatic tools

• ⚡ Troubleshoot & repair CNC controls, electrical components, PLCs, and robotics

• 🔩 Fit bearings, seals, and precision components with expert adjustments

• 🧰 Inspect, calibrate, and repair machinery using advanced test equipment

• 👨‍🏫 Mentor and assist in training junior technicians

Job Qualifications

✅ What We’re Looking For

• We need a hands-on professional with a strong technical background and leadership mindset:
• 10+ years of proven maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Strong background in electrical components & CNC troubleshooting
• Skilled with forklifts, cranes, bobcats, and grounds equipment
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and handle the demands of the job
• Detail-oriented, safety-driven, and ready to work independently with minimal supervision
