**Company Information: **A manufacturing facility in Indianapolis is hiring a Senior Maintenance Tech-Nights to their team!

Pay/Benefits:

• $37/HR + $1 Shift Differential

Schedule:

• 2-2-3 rotating schedule
• 5:45PM - 6:15AM

Requirements:

• Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with 480V 3-phase electrical systems
• Experience with pumps, motors, banded conveyors, and mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently and support other technicians
• Must bring own metric tools (specialized tools provided)
• Comfortable with physical demands: standing, bending, lifting, confined spaces
• No formal education required, but trade school or industrial maintenance experience dealing with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical preferred
• Must be a team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to assist across departments
• No travel required
