Senior Maintenance Manager

Location: Ashland City, TN

Pay: $145,000–$150,000 + 15% Bonus

Aegis Worldwide is partnering with a leading, well-established manufacturer seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance & Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, reliability, and facility operations at a large-scale manufacturing plant.

This is a senior-level leadership position overseeing a large, multi-shift maintenance and facilities organization. The ideal candidate has experience managing sizable teams, multimillion-dollar budgets, and both industrial production equipment and facility infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead approximately 50 direct reports across maintenance and facilities operations.

• Oversee equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, industrial automation, PLCs, and plant infrastructure.

• Manage maintenance and facilities budgets of approximately $10 million.

• Drive continuous improvement, equipment uptime, and maintenance performance.

• Oversee utilities, facility systems, contractors, and safety compliance.

• Develop maintenance leadership and implement long-term reliability strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 10+ years of maintenance management experience in industrial manufacturing.

• Experience directly managing at least 50 employees.

• Experience managing budgets of $6M+.

• Strong background in industrial equipment maintenance AND facility operations.

• Knowledge of PLCs, controls, automation, and preventive/predictive maintenance.

• Proven leadership, strategic planning, and team-development experience.
