Overview

We are seeking multiple machnists (ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE!) to join our rapid expansion team in Lehigh Valley, PA. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about precision machining and are looking to advance their careers in a dynamic environment. As a Machinist, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our high-quality standards are met while working with state-of-the-art equipment.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate various types of machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to produce parts accurately.
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances.
Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and product quality.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Train and mentor junior machinists as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in machining, with a strong understanding of machining processes.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Experience with CNC programming and operation is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
