We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Machinist and have multiple openings on second, third and weekend shifts. to join our dynamic team in Bethlehem, PA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, utilizing your expertise in machining to produce high-quality components. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of machine tools, including lathes, mills, and grinders, to produce precision parts.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
• Monitor and maintain machine performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct inspections of finished products using precision measuring instruments.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior machinists, sharing best practices and techniques.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a machinist, with a strong background in CNC and manual machining.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
