Responsibilities

• Assemble and build complex machinery according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
• Conduct thorough inspections of components and assemblies to ensure quality and functionality.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments effectively and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior machine builders, sharing expertise and best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine building or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
