Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Utilize various fabrication techniques, including welding, machining, and assembly, to produce components and products.
• Oversee and mentor junior fabricators, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all products meet industry standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize fabrication processes and improve product designs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabrication, with a strong background in welding.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
