## Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple interior design projects from initial concept through to final execution.

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that effectively communicate design ideas.

• Select materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the project vision and budget.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity throughout the construction process.

• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to foster their professional growth.

• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously enhance design offerings.

  Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

• Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
