Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a qualified candidates to fulfill the role of Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to support hydraulic motor manufacturing operations. These are NOT entry level positions. Our client is looking for a highly skilled industrial maintenance professionals with extensive hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair of complex manufacturing equipment in an industrial environment. **REQUIREMENTS

:**

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex industrial manufacturing equipment and systems, including root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
  • Support CNC machining centers, lathes, grinders, assembly equipment, heat treat furnaces, paint systems, conveyors, and facility infrastructure
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting on hydraulic and/or pneumatic, industrial electrical and mechanical systems, PLC equipment, and Servo controls, drives,
  • To minimize downtime and improve the reliability of equipment, develop and execute predictive and preventive maintenance
  • Provide guidance and support on continuous improvement, installation, rebuilds and upgrade projects
  • Utilize company system to track activity in regard to work orders and documented repair/work activity
  • Maintain safe work practices including lockout/tagout and safety compliance
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced maintenance personnel

**QUALIFICATIONS

:**

  • Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electro-Mechanical Technology, Electrical Maintenance, or related field
  • 7–10 yrs. minimum experience required of industrial maintenance in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
  • Proven experience repairing and maintaining equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Experience with furnace or vacuum heat treat systems is a plus, as well as welding and fabrication
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills with automated manufacturing equipment, CNC machine tools, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, PLC controlled equipment and industrial electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, as well as tech manuals, electrical schematics and hydraulic & pneumatic specs / diagrams
  • Excellent understanding of best practices in industrial maintenance and equipment reliability principles
