Senior Industrial Maintenance TechnicianKey Responsibilities- Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and equipment layouts.
- Maintain and repair control devices and electrical circuits (12 V DC – 480 V AC).
- Utilize CMMS to manage work orders and track maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members to support production and maintenance goals.
- Operate hand and power tools, industrial machines, and other equipment safely.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines, including proper PPE usage.
Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and parts lists.
- Skilled in troubleshooting low- and high-voltage electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Proficient with computers and maintenance software (CMMS, Microsoft Office).
- Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and manual dexterity.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and independent decision-making abilities.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and walking for long periods, and working at heights up to 20 feet.
Work Environment- Industrial or manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, moving machinery, and temperature variations.
- Requires PPE such as safety shoes, hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, and fall protection equipment.
- Tasks may involve climbing ladders, bending, crouching, and working at elevated positions.
- Must maintain concentration, awareness, and safety in a physically demanding environment.
