If you’re a highly skilled electrician who takes pride in complex work, owns your results, and prefers being relied on for your expertise—not managed—this role will feel like a natural fit.
At American Crane & Equipment Corporation (ACECO), we’re looking for a senior-level electrician to work on custom crane and hoist systems where precision, safety, and craftsmanship matter every day.
We build equipment where quality and reliability are non-negotiable—this is work our team takes seriously.
You won’t get lost here—your work will be seen, and it will matter.
What This Role Really Is
This is a senior-level, hands-on electrical role—you’ll spend most of your time performing complex installations, troubleshooting advanced electrical systems, and being accountable for the quality, safety, and accuracy of your work on high-consequence equipment.
Who Thrives Here (and Who Doesn’t)
You’ll do well here if you:
- Take ownership of your work and stand behind the quality of what you build
- Enjoy solving complex electrical problems in real-world applications
- Lead by example and support others without needing a formal management title
This role is likely not a fit if you:
- Prefer repetitive or low-skill electrical work

- Independently execute complex electrical installations and wiring tasks
- Troubleshoot issues across build, test, and production stages
- Build credibility as a technical resource within the team
