In this role, you will drive design excellence and contribute to the expansion of our product lineup. If you are passionate about innovation and user-centered design, we encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing -

As a Senior Industrial Designer, you will develop high-performance products focused on real professionals in the trades. You will engage deeply with user needs, exploring forms and functions to enhance the interaction between users and tool.

Daily responsibilities -

  • Lead complex, strategic power tool projects while mentoring other designers.

  • Transform concepts into reality using sketches, 3D models, and visual storytelling, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to reality.

  • Manage the entire design process—from ideation to pre-production—balancing creativity with technical details such as CMF requirements, product graphics, and manufacturing considerations.

  • Work closely with marketing, product managers, and engineers to ensure designs meet performance, cost, and schedule objectives.

Qualifications -

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial design or equivalent from an accredited university.

  • 7+ years of experience in product development, preferably in consumer products or durable goods.

  • Proven leadership skills with a strategic approach to guiding design teams.

  • Portfolio demonstrating strong product design, creativity, and critical thinking.

  • Proficient in sketching, CAD modeling, and visual storytelling, with experience in software such as Blender, SolidWorks, or similar.. Strong Blender skills, or the ability/willingness to quickly learn, are highly desired.

  • Open to domestic and international travel as needed.
