Job Overview:

Senior Human Resources Manager – 

SRC Industrial is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to serve as the sole HR leader for our growing manufacturing facility of approximately 95 employees. Reporting directly to the General Manager and serving as a key member of the leadership team, this position will lead all human resources functions while helping shape the organization's workforce strategy, culture, and long-term growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys both hands-on HR leadership and strategic business partnership.


What You'll Do

  • Lead all HR functions, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee development.
  • Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and supervisors on employee and organizational matters.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
  • Support a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources and/or SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification required.
  • 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or operational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day HR execution.
