Job Overview:

Are you a learning and development leader with a proven track record of designing, creating and delivering impactful product and industry training programs in a global business-to-business (B2B) environment? If yes, we have an excellent opportunity for you! As the leader of the global training team, you will cultivate a high-performing team culture, develop the training university, ensure excellence in training delivery to equip internal employees and sales channel partners to best sell, support, and service our products.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Understand training needs from global stakeholders
  • Assess state of the existing training program
  • Build out the training university to support all company brands (ASCO, AVENTICS, AFAG, AGI, TopWorx, TESCOM) and world areas
  • Ensure excellent course content is developed for existing and new products and industries in collaboration with Segment Marketing and Product Management
  • Roll out and maintain the university global training calendar
  • Run training courses via direct staff of training managers and network of subject matter experts

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline required. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in education, learning and development, technical training, sales enablement, and / or product training.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time domestically and/or internationally
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
     

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Team leadership experience
  • Advanced degree in discipline related to the role
  • Experience supporting sales, marketing, product management, technical, or commercial functions within a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technology-focused organization.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-functional learning initiatives.
  • Related experience managing learning, learning technologies, vendor partners, and large-scale development programs globally and at scale.

The base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $160,000 annually plus bonus, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
