Job Details:
SUMMARY: Seeking a detail-oriented, customer-centric Fresh Meats Export Customer Claims Administrator to join our customer-facing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving quality issues related to products, pricing discrepancies, and shipping concerns. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of claims, enhance customer satisfaction, and uphold the company’s commitment to quality and service excellence.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Some post-secondary education in general office and clerical skills preferred.
Experience: Minimum of one year administrative clerical experience.
Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office are essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal written English communication skills.
Special Skills: Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ability to multi-task prioritizes tasks and possess extensive organizational skills are necessary in this position.
